Extra Virgin Olive Oil BIO 4L is a superior-category olive oil produced without any chemical intervention. It is obtained from the cold pressing of the olive fruit, so that its vitamins and nutrients are not destroyed by heat. Its acidity does not exceed 0.8%. It has an intense fruity taste and the aroma of freshly harvested olives.
It is produced from olives grown in LivOil estates, on the sunny mountain slopes of Macedonia.
It has a golden-green hue, a balanced flavor with a wonderful fruity aroma, and a light, lasting aftertaste. The traditional harvesting methods, combined with modern production and storage techniques, ensure its distinct characteristics and superior quality.
